Taijiwuxigong is beneficial, whether attending for one weekend or for every session. Therefore, all are welcome regardless of age, experience, or physical ability. We will be looking looking in detail at the system, its amazing health benefits to mind and body and focussing on how you can really make the exercises work for you. I have now been studying Taijiwuxigong for twelve years and its relevance to my life is as powerful today as it was twelve years ago. I have learnt so much from practicing this system and the knowledge I have gained has supported and held me through some difficult times as well as dramatically improving my health and sense of well being. I hope that I will be able to convey my enthusiasm and deep love for the knowledge to you and that many more of you will reap the benefits!
I would like to support students own practice and with this in mind there will also be a handout to accompany every day session, with detailed explanations of concepts.
Cost: £40.00 for day courses or £75.00 per weekend

.
The beautiful retreat centre of St Non's near St David's in Pembrokeshire. Exploring Taijiwuxigong for self healing. ' Taijiwuxigong can refresh and heal the whole self. The exercises are simple and enjoyable to learn but have a profound effect, helping to clear old emotional information, detoxifying the physical body, improving energy levels and promoting greatly improved health and a sense of well being' The stunning coastline, the warm hospitality and home cooked food and the added treat of an exhilarating boat trip to take in the varied wildlife (seals, porpoises and sea birds) all help to make this a wonderful few days for self healing.'
These courses will be open to all, regardless of age, experience or physical ability. Taijiwuxigong exercises operate on many levels and are therefore suitable for the beginner and those wishing to deepen their existing practice.
Part of one of Britain's only true coastal National Parks, the Pembrokeshire landscape is spectacular. With sandy beaches, rugged cliffs and secluded caves, not only is this area a paradise for the wildlife enthusiast, it is also hugely popular with artists. St Non's is a lovely retreat house, run by nuns and built on a cliff, overlooking the sea. Next to the house is the tiny chapel of Our Lady and St Non (mother of St David )
Also, very close by, is St Non's well, considered a sacred site. The water here is believed to have healing and miraculous powers! Pictures from the October 2006 and August 2007 courses can be seen in the Gallery
